For the debut of their new small doll toy, Spinmaster Toys wanted to do their first spot with an external agency. Under the guidance of our creative director, Jerry Preyss, our small team wrote and art directed this thirty second spot at Applebox Film Studios in Vancouver, using lots of closeup work and big, colorful backgrounds. I designed and supervised the animation used to open and close the spot, created at Vancouver's Bardel Animation.

The spot ran in :30 and :15 versions on ABC Saturday Morning and Cartoon Network, and the toy's sales surpassed expectations.
